Are your products guaranteed?

We believe in the quality of our hand crafted goods, and as long as you have cared for your product through normal use we will stand behind it. We do not offer cancellations once orders have been placed.

 

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Goods must be in original condition. We require an RA number to process a return, which can be acquired by emailing hello@shopjinx.com.

 

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

 

Where do you ship?

We will ship our products anywhere in Canada, the USA, or the UK. If you live somewhere else and are interested in our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note that all shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and will not be covered by shopjinx.

 

How do you ship?

We ship mainly using Canada Post. We will accommodate shipping through other services (UPS, Fedex, Purolator, etc.) on special request. Please note that we take no responsibility for customs charges or duties that may arise in addition to the established cost of shipping. If your actual shipping costs are lower than the cost specified at time of purchase, the difference will be credited to your credit card.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders will always ship within 7 days of payment, barring extraneous circumstances. If there is an issue with shipping, we will contact you immediately with further information.

 

When will my order arrive?

We make no guarantees as to delivery times, but generally orders to Canada will arrive 5-7 business days after the date of shipping. Orders to the USA will take 8-15 days. Orders to the UK may take anywhere from 10-30 days.
